Parivrtta Trikonasana. Revolved-Triangle-Pose. Yogi. Greek athlete, sweaty muscle yoga on wet marble

MP4

From a wide stance one hand reaches to the opposite foot or shin while the other arm rises, the torso twisting deeply. Root through both feet and lengthen the spine before rotating. Keep the hips relatively level.

Muscles: hamstrings, obliques, gluteus medius, erector spinae.
This standing twist frees the thoracic spine, strengthens the legs, and improves balance and digestion.
